jdtums.ir: On the Occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), a comprehensive book has been published by the International Affairs Office that looks at different aspects of the university. The book frames the university in a close up and introduces it comprehensively in a picturesque, easy to read format.

This 220-page, glossy, picturesque book nearly contains all the information an academic, a would-be student or a reporter may want to know about the largest Medical Sciences University in Iran.

The book has been compiled by the project manager, Marzieh Vahid Dastjerdi, (M.D.) who is the head of the International Relations Office too, and it includes in-dept information about the University Organization, Faculties, Research at TUMS, Health Care, Hospitals, Facilities of the university and the National Museum of the Medical Sciences.

The book begins by the chancellor’s message and ends by two short briefing on Iran and Tehran. The two chapters include a short history of Iran, its geography, nature, climate, demography, language, religion, culture, fauna and flora, and its economy.
